Branding 65 St. Stephen's Green with Knight Frank & JLL to create an iconic brand for a new building with an enviable Dublin address.
65 St. Stephen’s Green is an address that spoke to people who knew the city of Dublin - a central corner location in the heart of the city overlooking the much-loved landmark park. Working with design consultant Marion Cody our challenge was to convey this story to prospective overseas tenants of this new building. We found an elegant, authentic solution in the address itself - LXV, the roman numeral for 65 created an immediate premium, classical impression to build from. We built the brand language around the tone the name created. We gave the brand a modern edge through bold typography. We created an app & printed materials - all finished to uncommonly high print specs. We also created a 3D LXV topiary hedge around the building site that eloquently said that this building was going to be a little bit special.
