This packaging really sucks...

...In a good way. The Hello Artists Winter 2017 portfolio utilises silver foil envelopes and vacuum packing to deliver a mailer that's interesting before you even open it.

Hello Artists Winter 2017 Portfolio

Hello Artists, a high-end photography agency based in NYC representing fashion & still life photographers. We wanted to create an impactful piece that would get noticed by the right people in creative agencies – something that screamed out “intrigue!” and created a branded experience before it was even opened. We created an arresting vacuum-packed portfolio. As with all our work with Hello Artists once the package is opened we let the photography speak for itself. Aware of access packaging and the associated expenses, we created a self-contained vacuum-packed promo that could be labeled directly onto the surface and mailed without any added protective packaging – while also looking really cool. An 8-page booklet and individual artist's prints were sandwiched between two 4mm triplex cards to protect during mailing. Debossing these protective cards with logo, messaging and artist's names (visible once vacuumed) removed the need to brand the envelope itself.
