Brown Thomas Brand Strategy and Advertising

Brown Thomas is Ireland’s premium luxury retail brand. Over the last 12 months we have worked with design consultant Marion Cody to redefine their brand purpose through a series of workshops with the leadership teams. From there we created a brand look and tone of voice which we brought to life in a brand ad for print & out-of-home. Central to our strategy was the insight that the idea of what “luxury” means is vastly different from what it was 10-15 years ago. Luxury is now about special experiences. Luxury isn’t cold, aloof or elitist, and the look of luxury is bolder and more irreverent than ever before.
